You are looking at a 2007 TIARA 38 Open with the TIARA factory Tournament Series package.
I will let the original buyers order, other data and pictures speak for themselves. I purchased her from the original owners broker (Legendary Marine) May of 2008 in Destin Florida. She had 50 total hours on her when I purchased it. I think the actual and original purchase date was early summer 2007? From what I was told the boat sat on the hard at Legendary Marine from fall 2007 to when I purchased it in May 2008.
At the time, because of high diesel prices I had it shipped from Destin to Houston. Shipping was easy because of NO fly bridge. The actual HARD TOP did not need to be removed for over the road shipping. I did have the boat yard pop off the Radar, navigation white light and pull the Props, all three very simple to R&R, cost me about 250.00 plus the fees to load the boat on the semi trailer. Less than two days later she arrived in Houston. I had the crane pluck her off the semi trailer and place her in the water. By the way, the cost for the shipping from Destin to Houston was 3800.00. Obviously, She can be shipped anywhere in the country with little impact on the actual boat.
Over the last two years I have kept her in a COVERED slip on Clear Lake Texas. Clear Lake is a brackish, mostly fresh water Lake located just off of the upper Galveston Bay Complex. In the past I have run her to Lake Charles, down to Corpus Christi and off shore fishing in the Gulf to 100 miles.
All though I have never chartered her I do hold a Captains license and I have been a certified Master Mechanic for over 25 years. This might go a long way in explaining the impeccable shape she is in.
